This was an annual senior management conference bringing together business leaders from around the world. This city was chosen due to the strong interest of the client in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) opportunities and the programme included both an introductory talk on Bangalore by a leading Indian Economist and a tour of Whitefields, one of the fastest growing “tech parks” in the city.

Day 1	Arrivals, board meetings	Dinner in exclusive Vietnamese restaurant
Day 2	Board meetings	Carrom tournament followed by welcome dinner in hotel gardens
Day 3	Activity day, including creating a 2 minute long company promotional video and playing cricket with local boys school	Poolside dinner
Day 4	Full day interactive conference with Crystal Interactive	Gala dinner at Jayamahal Palace with local guests
Day 5	Full day conference as above	Karaoke and farewell dinner in local nightclub
