Intro

We can either work with you from inception to completion or our involvement can be limited to specific services (see other services). If you are not sure where to start, then we suggest a meeting to discuss your options so that we can research possibilities and write you a proposal.
 
Typically our pre-event planning includes all on-site logistics (hotels, dinner venues, activities, transfers etc.) but we also have a specialisation in on-line registration and database management which allows us to gather the relevant travel data from your delegates.
 
For more complex events we would project manage all areas and be your single point of contact for all suppliers involved. In short, all on site logistics would be delivered seamlessly, allowing you to focus on the content of your event.
